Any Party, Any Occasion
Since “Other Events” can cover such a wide variety of events, it is probably best to just submit an input request along with an email to receive a fair price quote. The price will depend on several factors including:
- Type of event are you hosting (reunion, birthday, etc…)
- Date (as it may be the busy time the year)
- Length of the event
- Number of people and how large the venue/space is (as this will determine what equipment we need to carry)
- Dance/EFX lighting (See Add-on charges)
- MC needed to host the event
- Venue location
- Parking charges (Parking charge for the DJ must be covered)
- Any add-ons needed
- other circumstances can affect pricing as well
Below are two pre-arranged party (non-formal event) packages for your consideration:
ESSENTIAL PACKAGE ($650)
Recommended for Small Backyard BBQ/Party
- State of the art DJ setup (turntables/mixer)
- One professional DJ and One assistant (if necessary)
- Sound system powerful enough for 10-75 guests
- Setup/Teardown of equipment
- Travel to/from Washington DC (up to 40miles included)
- Up to 4 hrs of DJ Service
- Initial Email/Phone Consultation
- Wired mic for DJ
CLASSIC PACKAGE ($800)
Recommended for Small Meeting Room / Small Banquet Room
- State of the art DJ setup (turntables/mixer)
- One professional DJ and One MC
- Sound system powerful enough for up to 100 guests
- Setup/Teardown of equipment
- Travel to/from Washington DC (up to 40miles included)
- Up to 4 hrs of DJ Service
- Initial Email/Phone Consultation
- Wired mic for DJ/MC to make announcements
- Wireless Mic setup for guests
ADD-ONS
- Additional hours of service are available (IF PRE-BOOKED BEFORE THE ACTUAL EVENT DATE $125/hr extra) (requested the day of the event $150/hr extra – must be paid in cash)
